These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on Insectblock.eu (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We sell mosquito nets and related goods. Product descriptions and images are provided for information. Availability may change; if an item is unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund any paid amount for the unavailable item.
Prices are shown in EUR. Any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown before you confirm the order.
Payments are processed via Paysera payment services. When choosing Paysera, you may be redirected to Paysera’s environment to complete the payment.
Important: To execute the payment and comply with legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention / AML requirements), Paysera may process certain personal data and transaction data. Paysera may act as an independent controller for some processing required by law and as a processor for certain buyer data processing on behalf of the merchant depending on the service configuration.

We deliver orders using Omniva (parcel lockers and/or courier services depending on destination). Available delivery options, fees, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without giving a reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law (e.g., certain sealed goods after unsealing, goods made to your specifications, etc.).

Unless we state otherwise (e.g., a free returns campaign), the customer covers return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover or reimburse reasonable return costs as agreed.
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the price paid for returned goods after we receive and inspect the returned items (or after you provide evidence of dispatch, if applicable by law). Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
If goods arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately at and include photos where possible. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Products may have a manufacturer warranty where applicable. Statutory rights under Latvian/EU consumer law apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
