We use Paysera to process payments. Depending on the service, Paysera may:

  • process certain buyer personal data on our behalf as a data processor (based on Paysera’s merchant personal data processing agreement), and/or
  • process certain personal data independently as a controller where required to comply with financial services laws (e.g., identity verification, AML/CTF obligations).

When you choose Paysera at checkout, certain personal and transaction data (e.g., name, contact data, payment identifiers, IP address and other technical data required for the payment) may be transferred to Paysera to complete the transaction, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements.

6. Omniva (delivery & returns)

To deliver your order, we share your necessary delivery information with Omniva (e.g., name, phone, email, address/locker). Omniva uses this data to deliver the parcel and send delivery notifications.
