Scope<\/h2>\r\n  <p>\r\n    These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on <strong>Insectblock.eu<\/strong> (the \u201cWebsite\u201d).\r\n    By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>3. Products & availability<\/h2>\r\n  <p>\r\n    We sell mosquito nets and related goods. Product descriptions and images are provided for information.\r\n    Availability may change; if an item is unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund any paid amount for the unavailable item.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>4. Prices<\/h2>\r\n  <p>\r\n    Prices are shown in EUR. Any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout unless stated otherwise.\r\n    Delivery fees are shown before you confirm the order.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>5. Ordering process<\/h2>\r\n  <ol>\r\n    <li>Select products and add them to cart.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Enter delivery and contact details.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Choose shipping method and payment method.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Confirm the order. You will receive an order confirmation email.<\/li>\r\n  <\/ol>\r\n\r\n  <h2>6. Payments (Paysera)<\/h2>\r\n  <p>\r\n    Payments are processed via <strong>Paysera<\/strong> payment services. When choosing Paysera, you may be redirected to Paysera\u2019s environment to complete the payment.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n  <p>\r\n    <strong>Important:<\/strong> To execute the payment and comply with legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention \/ AML requirements), Paysera may process certain personal data and transaction data.\r\n    Paysera may act as an independent controller for some processing required by law and as a processor for certain buyer data processing on behalf of the merchant depending on the service configuration.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n  <p>\r\n    Paysera\u2019s legal documents and privacy information are available on Paysera\u2019s website. If Paysera requests additional information to complete a payment, you must provide accurate data.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>7. Delivery (Omniva)<\/h2>\r\n  <p>\r\n    We deliver orders using <strong>Omniva<\/strong> (parcel lockers and\/or courier services depending on destination).\r\n    Available delivery options, fees, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li><strong>Dispatch:<\/strong> We dispatch after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for eligible payment methods).<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Tracking:<\/strong> If tracking is available, we will provide tracking details by email.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Address accuracy:<\/strong> You are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Extra costs due to incorrect details may be charged to you.<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n\r\n  <h2>8. Right of withdrawal (returns) \u2014 consumers<\/h2>\r\n  <p>\r\n    If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date you receive the goods, without giving a reason,\r\n    unless an exception applies under applicable law (e.g., certain sealed goods after unsealing, goods made to your specifications, etc.).\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h3>8.1 How to return<\/h3>\r\n  <ol>\r\n    <li>Email us at <a href=\"mailto:info@insectblock.eu\">info@insectblock.eu<\/a> with your order number and the items you want to return.<\/li>\r\n    <li>We will confirm return instructions. If Omniva return options are available for your shipment, you may be able to return via parcel locker using a return code \/ portal workflow provided by Omniva or the merchant.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Pack the product securely (unused, in original packaging where possible) and send it back.<\/li>\r\n  <\/ol>\r\n\r\n  <h3>8.2 Return address<\/h3>\r\n  <p>\r\n    <strong>SIA MiPoSound<\/strong><br>\r\n    Salnas street 21\u201326, LV-1021<br>\r\n    Riga, Latvia\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h3>8.3 Return shipping costs<\/h3>\r\n  <p>\r\n    Unless we state otherwise (e.g., a free returns campaign), <strong>the customer covers return shipping costs<\/strong>.\r\n    If the return is due to our error (wrong\/damaged item), we will cover or reimburse reasonable return costs as agreed.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>9. Refunds<\/h2>\r\n  <p>\r\n    If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the price paid for returned goods after we receive and inspect the returned items (or after you provide evidence of dispatch, if applicable by law).\r\n    Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>10.
